This meeting is being held in order to comply with the Kennel Club requirement that the accounts are presented to the membership before they are submitted with the Annual Returns. Unfortunately, because of the Treasurer's illness, it was not possible to present the accounts at the AGM. No other business will be discussed at this meeting.
