Sled Only Press Day - Arden Grange & SHCGB Aviemore Snow Rally 2007

Trail Marshal, Kenny Sutherland, after surveying the snow covered trail at Glenmore Forest, declared the Press Day to be Sled only. Competitors were allowed to run their entered teams on the race trail with sleds. Further snow is forecast over the next few days, increasing the chances of the 2007 race being held on snow. All of the competitors that ran the trail on sleds came over the finish line incredibly proud to have run this world famous course, on snow. The actual decision on whether the race is a snow rally or not, will be made on the morning of the rally start.
