Fun Weekend & Beginners Working Teach Ins

PLEASE NOTE THE VENUE FOR THE SOUTHERN TEACH IN & FUN WEEKEND HAS BEEN CHANGED TO CANADA HEIGHTS, SWANLEY DUE TO THE FOOT & MOUTH OUTBREAK.

The SHCGB are holding a Fun Weekend and Beginners Working Teach In at Rudgwick in West Sussex on 29th & 30th September.

The weekend will include talks on all aspects of working Sled Dogs, aimed at members just starting their first season and those who have already competed and are looking for further advice, although the weekend is open to anyone who is interested in the breed. Fun runs will be held on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning with camping and a barbecue on the Saturday.

A Beginners Working Teach In is also being held at Sherwood Forest, Nottinghamshire on 6th October.

This teach in is aimed at members just starting their first season and members will also have the opportunity to run their dogs around a short course after the talks.
